Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi has a novel team of core recruits for the young Congress party, a forward group of Congress in his command as the AICC general secretary.  Indian Young Congress Party Chief Rajiv Satav on last Saturday declared the novel group that includes 10 broad common secretaries and 9 secretaries. Such workplace-holders, resources informed, have been chosen from a group of chiefs, who were questioned by Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi individually.
