Allahabad High Court at Lucknow imposed on Monday a fine of Rs 5000000 on Kishore Samrite. Kishore is a former Samajwadi Party MLA of Madhya Pradesh. He is fined for wrongly accusing Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi of group rape and kidnap of a teenager in Amethi. High Court of Allahabad has also suggested a CBI investigation into this wrong case and besides requested the Utter Pradesh ruler party to search the purpose of those who increase the tale throughout the blogs and websites. Court, furthermore, ordered to pursue the façade of the suspected victim and her relatives who starved of the claims published in websites. High Court said as Rs 2500000 will be given to the victim girl, Rs 2000000 will be given to Rahul Gandhi, and the remaining Rs 500000 will be distributed to police as a reward to tracking the victim girl.
