Rahul always busy with his different schedules. This time Congress general Secretary Rahul Gandhi is busy in Utter Pradesh. His visit to Lucknow is becoming special and in news from long time. Earlier Mayawati created issues for his rally at Amethi. However, this time he is allowed to do the rally. He is having a rally in Mirzapur on 18 of this month. He got the approval from UP government for rally. Formal official permission has been provided to Rahul Gandhi for this public meeting. These details are provided by Mirzapur District Congress Committee president Mata Prasad Dubey.

Mirzapur magistrate granted the permission for this public meeting. Permission was provided on Sunday morning. There was an issue created at this time as well and behind this trouble section of the electronic media was there.

According to DM’s office the letter for rally was submitted late and that was the reason for not providing the permission. This rally is for Chetna yatra which means awareness rally. The same rally is being conducted by Rahul Gandhi earlier also. He did the rally in Ambedkar Nagar as well. It is the 10 part of this rally.

TUMKUR: AICC vice-president Rahul Gandhi made a strong pitch for women's empowerment at his rally on Sunday, and said it's the only way for the country to become a superpower. Addressing a women's rally at Tumkur, 70km from Bangalore, Rahul said the country today was half a superpower because women had not been given equal status.
