BJP scared of Rahul Gandhi Visit to North East



BJP leader of Meghalaya criticized Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi’s “staffing” gathering at an educational campus in Shillong.

According to present report the BJP party is shocked over Rahul Gandhi’s trip to NEHU (North Eastern Hill University) campus, which becomes a Congress Party office with gathering flags in the campus. General Secretary of BJP Mr. Dipayan Chakraborty said “Congress party is wrongly using power of party and Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi is politicizing the educational campuses all through the nation”.

“NEHU was not a place to conduct political gathering” he said.

The way this BJP leader is commenting, it is easy to understand the position of BJP in a north eastern sector of a nation. Their party is no safer, and they are scaring of Congress party to become more powerful in coming election.

The reports presented by Congress party express that Rahul’s visit was not official, and he was on casual interaction with students of campus.

Rahul Gandhi optimistic the students to a become members of a Congress youth party. He spoke to students about the current position of a political system and also discussed about corruption, terrorism, politics and the Northeast development.

TUMKUR: AICC vice-president Rahul Gandhi made a strong pitch for women's empowerment at his rally on Sunday, and said it's the only way for the country to become a superpower. Addressing a women's rally at Tumkur, 70km from Bangalore, Rahul said the country today was half a superpower because women had not been given equal status.
